Nature of the service — important

nkap is a tool to ORGANIZE and TRACK group savings (tontines, challenge money) and solo savings. nkap is NOT a bank, a payment institution, a deposit service or an escrow.

nkap does not hold, move or process your money. Funds are exchanged directly between members (for example via Mobile Money), outside the app. nkap only records and displays those movements as declared by you and validated by the group organizers.

No financial guarantee

nkap guarantees no funds and is not responsible for member defaults, disputes or losses between members. Trust and the handling of funds are the responsibility of the members and the group admin.

Eligibility and account

You must have the legal capacity to contract (generally 18 or older). You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your credentials.

Member and admin responsibilities

You commit to honest use: no fraud, no illegal activity, no money laundering, and respect for other members.

A group admin is responsible for running the group fairly and for the actual handling of funds outside the app.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is", free for this version. We may change, interrupt or discontinue it. We aim for good availability without guaranteeing it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, nkap is not liable for indirect damages or losses related to the use of the service or to fund exchanges between members.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of a breach of these terms.

Governing law, changes and contact
